Frank Marzano, a medical marijuana patient and caregiver whose 2007 marijuana cultivation conviction in Loveland was overturned by the Colorado Court of Appeals last August, will get his confiscated property returned to him today. Frank will be joined by his attorney, Robert J. Corry Jr, who won the appeal. He will also be joined by patient advocates from the Rocky Mountain Caregivers Cooperative and the Cannabis Legal Institute's Patient Advocacy Project.
