Dikeou, Esq., attorney and legislative consultant, will speak on a new legislative initiative being proposed in Colorado to compensate injured patients, improve patient safety by ensuring that physicians and other healthcare providers learn from errors, and hold physicians and providers accountable for the quality of care they offer.
